Order & Customer Service Analyst II

Job Description:

As an Order and Customer Service Analyst II, at the Equipment Processing Center in Zeebrugge, you will play a vital role in driving operational order efficiencies & processes for a growing number of machines prepped in one of our facilities for shipment to our customers. You will be responsible for the management of all incoming orders and requests and be the first contact for our dealers and customers within EAME region.    

 

Key Job functions include but not limited to:

  • Order entry and dating of orders in close collaboration with the Scheduling department and internal business units.

  • Order grief and issue resolution management

  • Provide day-to-day support to our customers via a Salesforce CRM system

  • Customer relation-building (Both internal and external)

  • Set-up and follow-up of product availability

  • Use data to identify areas for process improvement and process control.

  • Business reporting and KPI management

  • Office management

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position where you have worked with customer journeys and customer insights on an operational level

  • Customer focus driven, communication and management skills.

  • Solution oriented and creative out of box-thinking

  • Self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking own initiatives

  • A first Experience with Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft office applications is highly desired

  • Languages: Fluent English, Dutch is nice to have.
