To strengthen their Customer Service team at the EMEA Headquarters, our client is currently recruiting a motivated Customer Service Benelux

What you will do:

•    You are the first point of contact for our customers in the BeNeLux area.
•    You are responsible for customer onboarding and will provide an excellent service
which will enable you to build long term relationships with our customers. •    You translate the customer needs into a correct and timely order-to-invoice process flow through a constant dialogue with the different departments.
•    You are responsible for the evaluation, communication, finalization and follow up on stock audits at customers.
•    You contribute to the monthly customer review meetings.
•    You monitor the customer’s declarations and solve any issues that may arise.
•    You are responsible for Customer master data.
•    You are the customer’s point of contact for reporting any quality issues and will support the Quality Department by liaising with the customer until resolution.

We're looking for:

•    You have a training as an industrial clerk, office management assistant or acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in a Customer Support position.
•    Motivation and ability to learn is more important than years of experience.
•    You are fluent, both written and spoken, in French, Dutch and English.
•    You have an eye for accuracy and know how to set priorities.
•    You are able to work under pressure and can work independently and in a structured manner.
•    You are always able to keep your focus and drive, even during short deadlines.
