For a client, located in 2030 Antwerp, we are looking for a Price Quotation officer!

Your tasks will be as follows:

• You prospect the market of ship owners, shipping lines, stevedores,…
• You negotiate and make buying agreements with the shipping lines, stevedores, etc. This can concern container transport as well as conventional transport.
• You make the offers to our customers, spot quotations and price agreements.
• You follow up independently, evaluate quotations and pricing conditions and take the necessary actions.

Profiel

• You communicate fluently in English and you have a good basic knowledge of Dutch.
• You are commercially oriented, you have a dynamic personality and you take initiative.
• You have knowledge of the general shipping terms and conditions, agency activity, sales terms and knowledge of goods.
• You are smooth a smooth MS Office user and you have an affinity with digital applications.
